The students took turns participating in theoretical and practical activities such as:
- Creating their own food pyramid and improving it based on Mediterranean diet principles
- Organising food in the fridge and pantry for proper storage and to reduce food waste
- Reading food labels
- Recognising different types of cereals and pulses
- Putting together a balanced breakfast
- Identifying the seasonality and origin of food
The programme aimed to provide practical tools to encourage young people to develop a more informed and independent relationship with food.
