ASPA Congress – Disseminating WP3 Outcomes

The 26th ASPA Congress brings together researchers and professionals in animal science to discuss innovation, sustainability, animal welfare, and food production systems.
We participated in the event with the aim of disseminating the results and outcomes of WP3 activities, focusing on the development of innovative fortified food products designed to address scientifically proven nutritional deficiencies in the Mediterranean population.
Preliminary data were presented on fermented beverages based on cow’s and donkey’s milk using LAB strains capable of producing more bioavailable and bioactive folate forms.
The participation supported knowledge transfer and highlighted the relevance of WP3 outcomes to the scientific community.
