Special attention was given to the role of extra virgin olive oil as a cornerstone of everyday nutrition, highlighting its health benefits, nutritional value, high content of natural antioxidants, and its contribution to a healthy and balanced lifestyle in line with the Mediterranean Diet. The event concluded with an introduction to olive oil tasting—an experiential moment designed to educate the senses and help participants learn how to recognise a high-quality olive oil.
