On July 2, 2026, the final event of the PRIMA Tool4MEDLife project was held at the University of Camerino.
It was a moment to celebrate the conclusion of an important research journey, but also the beginning of something new: the creation of collaborations, friendships, and strong relationships built over time. Because, beyond scientific results, this project brought together people who shared ideas, experiences, and common goals.
As the coordinator of the Tool4MEDLife project, the entire UNICAM team would like to express its deepest gratitude to the PRIMA (Partnership for Research and Innovation in the Mediterranean Area) Programme and to all the officers who guided and supported us throughout these years, as well as to the funding bodies MUR, TÜBİTAK, FCT, and MICIU/AEI, who believed in the project and invested in its activities and objectives.
An equally important thank you goes to our partner institutions and all the researchers and collaborators involved: ATU, URL, ESS-IPL, IAC, IDU, and UNIBAS. You are extraordinary people and talented scientists, and your contribution has been essential throughout every step of this journey. Your support during challenging moments, the sharing of your expertise, and your valuable advice helped us overcome difficulties, achieve our goals, and fully express the potential of the project.
Finally, we would like to sincerely thank our stakeholders. Your collaboration, the time you dedicated, and the resources you provided were essential for the success of the project, allowing us to achieve our scientific, communication, and knowledge-sharing objectives.
We will carry with us the valuable lessons learned from this experience, together with the importance of the collaborations we built through Tool4MEDLife.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
T4ML take-home message:
True scientific excellence is measured not only by the results achieved, but also by the intelligence, integrity, and humanity with which knowledge is created and advanced.
