The Tool4MEDLife project took part in the SINU regional conference, hosted by UNICAM in San Benedetto del Tronto (21 April 2026). This key dissemination event enabled us to present our innovative functional food and the population data we had collected to develop educational personalised strategies.
Focused on the updated LARN standards, the conference facilitated a direct dialogue with experts from the Universities of Camerino, Parma, and Pavia. This exchange validated our scientific approach, demonstrating how the analysis of dietary habits drives the development of fortified and functional products.
The synergy between research and industrial innovation highlights Tool4MEDLife’s commitment to translating data into concrete health solutions, promoting the Mediterranean diet through advanced nutritional tools validated by the scientific community.
